This presentation is intended for human resources professionals who manage recruitment and are responsible for administration of visa sponsorship programs. Topics covered will include intracompany transfers, specialty occupation work visas, extraordinary ability categories, and country specific visa categories. Some familiarity with visa processes is helpful but not necessary.

Managing the PERM Labor Certification Process for Foreign National Employees

Human Resources managers who oversee the strict recruitment process prescribed under the DOL's PERM process for green card sponsorship will find this in-depth session most useful. Experience with or current responsibility for actual PERM cases is highly recommended.
